The Neighborhoods of Coeur d’Alene
From Armstrong Park to Woodlawn Park. This guide has every platted neighborhood and subdivision in the current Coeur d’Alene market data, in one place, with the history, the geography, and the numbers behind each one.
How to read this
Every average price and average days-on-market figure below comes straight from local market data. Where a neighborhood has real, documented history like Black Rock, Fernan Lake, Fort Grounds, Sanders Beach, Riverstone, and a few dozen others that history is also here too.
An interactive map with a marker for every neighborhood below is included alongside this report. For the well-known communities, the pin is exact. For the smaller legal plats, the pin marks a best-effort, approximate location within the correct part of Coeur d’Alene. Precise plat boundaries for these unfortunately aren’t part of public mapping data, so please treat those markers as a general locator rather than a property line.
